This page explains My FurMigo shipping timelines, tracking, returns, and after-sales support.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $29.99 before taxes and discounts. Shipping fees for smaller orders are shown during checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after processing.
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers receive a tracking number and can use Track Order with the order number and checkout email.
Returns
Contact support before sending items back. Products must be unused, clean, and in resellable condition unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
After-sales support
For damaged, missing, delayed, or incorrect items, contact My FurMigo with your order number, photos when relevant, and the email used at checkout.
