We collect account details, guest checkout email, shipping details, order history, session cart data, support messages, marketing preferences, and records needed to prevent fraud and fulfil orders. If you allow optional analytics, we also record page paths, searches, product and cart interactions, referral source, coarse location supplied by our hosting provider, and an account or session reference.
Analytics consent
Optional first-party analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. Essential session storage remains available for the cart, checkout, language, authentication, fraud prevention, and security. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through Privacy settings in the footer.
Data minimisation
The analytics service does not persist raw IP addresses or User-Agent strings. Analytics choices are stored in your browser for up to 180 days, after which we ask again.
How we use it
We use information to operate the store, process payments and orders, prevent fraud, provide support, improve products, measure storefront performance, and send messages you requested.
Sharing and sale
We share data only with service providers needed for payments, shipping, hosting, email, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or customer support. We do not sell personal information or use optional analytics for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Retention and security
Optional analytics records are normally deleted after 180 days. Order, payment, tax, fraud, and support records may be retained longer when required for legal, accounting, dispute, or security purposes. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards.
