This policy explains what My FurMigo collects, how we use it, and the choices customers have.
Information we collect
We collect account details, guest checkout email, shipping details, order history, session cart data, support messages, marketing preferences, and records needed to prevent fraud and fulfil orders. Basic first-party visit records include page paths, referral source, browser User-Agent, coarse location supplied by our hosting provider, and an account or session reference. Product-page interaction records include selected options, media views, sections reached, review browsing, purchase-button outcomes, foreground browsing time and maximum scroll depth. In the same browser session, we associate the most recent detail-page add per product within 7 days with checkout and order creation, then record backend-confirmed payment against that order. These analytics records exclude shipping addresses, email addresses and payment credentials. If you allow optional analytics, we also record searches and interactions elsewhere in the store and enable Google Analytics.
Product interaction context
Product-entry records include a browser-width category, UTM source and medium labels, and the external referring domain rather than a complete referring URL. We may use a known source from the same browser session's visit records in the preceding 30 minutes. Subsequent interaction and conversion reports use that product-entry classification; browser width is not hardware identity.
Analytics choices
First-party visit records and product-page interaction records are collected independently of the optional analytics choice. Optional analytics elsewhere in the store and Google Analytics are off until you choose Allow optional analytics. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable visit records, product-page interaction tracking and optional analytics. You can withdraw or change your optional analytics choice through Privacy settings in the footer.
Recently viewed products
Recently viewed products are stored only in this browser to provide the product-history feature. This list is not sent to us, and you can remove it at any time with the Clear button in that section or by clearing site data.
Data minimisation
The analytics service does not persist raw IP addresses. Visit, product-page interaction and optional analytics records are normally deleted after 180 days. Analytics choices are stored in your browser for up to 180 days, after which we ask again.
How we use it
We use information to operate the store, process payments and orders, prevent fraud, provide support, improve products, measure storefront performance, and send messages you requested.
Sharing and sale
We share data only with service providers needed for payments, shipping, hosting, email, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or customer support. We do not sell personal information or use optional analytics for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Retention and security
Optional analytics records are normally deleted after 180 days. Order, payment, tax, fraud, and support records may be retained longer when required for legal, accounting, dispute, or security purposes. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about our use of eligible personal data, and may opt out of optional analytics or marketing without discrimination.
